Do you have a home at the moment?

Can you live there as long as you need to?

Do you feel safe there?

Do you have the right to leave if you need to or want to?

Can you share your home with others and invite people to visit?

Do you have the right to have a pet and raise children in your home if you want to?

Do you have the right to adapt the space to your needs?

Did you have a say in the design of your home?

Is your home a comfortable temperature, well ventilated and does it have lots of natural light?

Do you pay a fair amount of rent or mortgage that is proportionate to what you earn? Who or what benefits from your rent? Where do the rents get reinvested to? What happens if you can’t pay your rent?

Do you have a safe place to go if you get evicted from your home?

Do you have a responsibility to take care of the building, garden and wider planet for future generations?

Can you run a small business or work from your home?

Do you have a job nearby or could you get one if you needed to?

Does your home meet your needs ?
